Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. For international orders, please allow 7-14 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-made pieces are final sale.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, every Estella Collection piece comes with a one-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or loss.
